We have only just started offering frames, So for now we are offering 2 size options of our classic framed prints.

Size A0 is available for UK customers only. We will contact you if you place an order for an A0 framed print outside of the UK.

Click the personalise your print button, to customise with your own text, book colour and you can choose up to 6 adult chimps and 6 child chimps for the motif at the bottom of the print. 

Please let us know in the notes section the setup of your family for example, Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandad, 1 daughter and 1 son. This will help us arrange the chimp motif at the bottom of the print. We usually use red hearts for female chimps and blue hearts for male chimps. But we can change all chimps hearts to red or blue to suit your family. 

This print series draws inspiration from Harland Miller and the Connor Brothers.

Our book covers pay homage to the iconic classic book cover designs crafted by Tauchnitz and Hans Mardersteig, Each cover is meticulously reproduced to match the original specifications and Mardersteig design principles that was used by penguin books. Making them a timeless addition to any decor, be it vintage or modern.

Sorry but we do not allow discounts on framed prints any order placed with a discount will be refunded. This product is also excluded from free shipping discounts.

How it works If you select the proof required option

1. Click on the checkbox that says personalise your print.
2. Let us know the text you would like on each part of the print.
3. Choose how many child and adult chimps you require for the motif at the bottom of the print.
4. Choose the size of the print you require.
5. In the notes section please let us know how your family is setup for example, Mom, Dad, 1 daughter and 1 son. This will help us arrange the chimps motif, we usually use red hearts for female chimps and blue hearts for male chimps.
6. We creatively incorporate your text, logo and specific requests into the artwork, arranging them in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
7. We will email you digital proofs of your print for you to review and let us know if any edits need to be made to the print before you approve of your artwork. Revisions are unlimited and totally free of charge.
8. Once you have approved of your artwork. We'll lovingly print and package your special, one-of-a-kind artwork, sending it on its merry way to you or someone lucky enough to be your gift recipient!

If you do not reply to our proof within 7 days. We will assume you are happy with the print and approve your artwork and ship your order.

We're happy to make unlimited tweaks to your personalised art, all included in the original price. We'll work on your art as soon as we can, but please allow 24 hours for each round of revisions.

We're usually out of the office on weekends, so please don't count those days towards our turnaround time.

If you do not reply to our proof within 7 days. We will assume you are happy with the print and approve your artwork and ship your order.

We will send you a proof within 1 business day of you placing your order (mon-fri) if you approve your order before 1pm we will ship your order on the same day.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, Order before 1pm for same day dispatch.

For personalised prints (if requested) we will send you a proof within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) If you approve your proof by 1pm we will ship your order same day.

Refunds/cancellations

We do not accept refunds for personalised items. If your item arrives damaged we will send a replacement. We will ask for photo evidence of the damage to the print or frame.

We do not accept cancellations for framed personalised prints as the production costs are too high for us to create your order.

Import/customs duties Information

UK Customers - Import/customs duties
We are based in the UK and all of our prints for UK customers will be shipped from our studio in Staffordshire. There are no customs duties for UK customers.

EU Customers - Import/customs duties
We usually ship prints to the EU from the netherlands so that customers do not have to pay customs duties on their orders within the EU. On rare occasions when we can not ship from the EU your print will be shipped from the UK and there may be customs due that are payable by the customer.

USA Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints will normally be shipped from the UK to the USA, Import duties since 3rd April 2025 are 10% of the order value. If you want to avoid import duties we can ship your order from inside the USA. To do this please write in the notes section PLEASE SHIP FROM USA and we will ship your print from the usa this will avoid import duties and the shipping speed will be faster as your order will not have to be processed through customs.

Canadian Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints will be shipped from the UK to the Canada, Import duties are only usually due on items over $60 CAD import duties are usually 5% of the value of the item.

Australian Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints will be shipped from the UK to Australia, Import duties are only usually due on orders over $1000 AUD - If you would prefer us to ship your order from Australia. Please write in the notes section PLEASE SHIP FROM AUSTRALIA and we will ship your print from Australia this will avoid import duties and the shipping speed will be faster as your order will not have to be processed through customs.

New Zealand Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints will be shipped from the UK to New Zealand, Import duties are only usually due on orders over $1000 NZD

UAE Customers - Import/customs duties
Prints will be shipped from the UK to the UAE, Import duties are only usually due on orders over 3000 AED

Framed Prints
Our framed prints are usually delivered within 2-5 days worldwide, our framed prints are excluded from free shipping discounts And all discount codes.

To avoid customs duties all framed prints will be shipped from the UK for UK customers. From the EU for EU customers, From the USA for American and Canadian customers, From Australia for Australian and New Zealand Customers. The UAE is exempt from customs duties and will be usually shipped from the the UK or the EU.

Digital Files
Digital goods are emailed immediately after you approve your artwork.

Domestic Shipping Upgrades
Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed next business day by 1pm upgrade available on UK orders. (order must be made before 1pm )

Royal Mail Lost Mail Policy
Lost mail claims will not be accepted until after 5 working days after the due delivery date for UK domestic orders and 10 working days after the due delivery date for all international orders. If your parcel is declared lost by royal mail we will ship you replacements prints.

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders over £25.

Export duties may be payable if you order outside of the UK. As with all international orders the duties are to be paid by the purchaser. We recommend that customers please check before they place an order if they will be liable for import taxes.

Sizes 4x6, 5x7, A6, A5 and size A4 prints are packaged in an acid free protective sleeve, Which is then placed inside hard board backed rigid envelopes. Sizes 11x14, 11x17, 16x20, 20x24, 20x30, 24x34, 24x36. A3, A2, A1, A0 are rolled in an acid free protective sleeve, Which is then placed inside rigid postal tubes.

Our protective sleeve not only protects your Print. It also makes it easier to remove your print from the postal tube without any damage. This also makes it easier to flatten your image out, ready to hang on your walls.
